By accessing or using any Bakaify product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at security@bakaify.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds except where required by law.
All content, software, and trademarks associated with Bakaify products are the exclusive property of Bakaify or its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership or licence to use our intellectual property beyond what is strictly necessary to use the service.
We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance windows will be announced with at least 24 hours notice. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bakaify is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We will notify users of material changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bakaify is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration unless prohibited by local law.
